Terms of Service
Last updated: November 2026.
Age and identification at the handoff
You must be 19 or older to request or accept a Cambridge Weed Delivery order, and the person receiving it must present valid government photo ID regardless of who completed the form.
A request is not a completed purchase
Submitting the website form sends a request, not a completed purchase; the order proceeds only after selections, the final total and an estimated delivery window have been confirmed by text.
Supplier availability, prices and sample deals
Supplier availability and prices can change before confirmation, and the displayed deal cards are samples; actual items, prices and applicable offers must be confirmed by text before dispatch.
Delivery estimates, hours and order thresholds
About 45 minutes after confirmation is typical rather than guaranteed, with river crossings, Hespeler Road traffic and weather among possible causes of delay; the minimum order is $40, delivery is free over $80 and service runs daily from 9am to 11pm.
COD payment at the confirmed address
Payment is COD at the door for the exact approved total, and an eligible adult must be present at the confirmed Cambridge address with payment and identification rather than requesting an unattended drop-off.
Responsible use and terms contact
Keep cannabis secured away from children and pets, start with a low amount and never drive while impaired; questions about these terms or a Cambridge order can be sent to contact@cambridgeweeddelivery.ca.
